We have had a bit of excitement around the Hilty house. First, my dad and Jeremy installed a sliding door to our deck, and now we are getting siding and gutters installed. Poor Abby doesn’t know what to make of the noise!

Big brother Benjamin is adapting to his new role. He tells Abby all the time that he loves her. He likes to give her kisses. We are so grateful he doesn’t seem to mind the new addition to the family. We are doing our best to spoil him rotten, which helps. If you can’t read his shirt, it states “Big Brother Benjamin hearts Abby.”
This week, I made a concerted effort to go out and do things on my own. So, we paid a visit to our friends Tammy, Leila and Dominic. We also went to the library and the grocery store!
Here are some photos from Papa’s visit to help with the door. He took a break to play with Benjamin in the new sand box, which my friend donated to us.
Abby had her two-week check up and now weighs eight pounds. She grew an inch and a quarter as well.
This was our first trip to church. I did it with both kids on my own. She slept in my moby wrap the entire time.
