Benjamin and I took a trip this week to Parkey’s Farm with our new good friends Tammy and Dominic. It is a bit of a drive to Winton Woods, but definitely worth it! Benjamin was so excited when he saw all the places to explore!
His little legs just kept walking and walking…
We played in the giant garden, and each of the boys got to pretend to water the plants.
It was nice, because I could let Benjamin have some space. He was quite obsessed with the windmill, and kept going back to it. You can see him alllllll they way down the way in this picture. He is so independent!
We explored a fun tunnel!
It was difficult to pry Benjamin from this playhouse.
He wasn’t too interested in the animals. He pointed once, but then decided it was more fun to explore and see which fences he could open.
There were a bunch of tractors for children to pedal.
We even took a wagon ride around the farm! Benjamin was more interested in his fish crackers than the scenery, but it was relaxing.
I think Dominic felt the same way.
It was a great morning. We even got to play on a giant farm-themed playground. Next time, we might try riding ponies!
