A few weeks ago we took a trip to the zoo with Benjamin’s grandparents. He didn’t really “get it” but we had fun showing him the animals. I think his favorite parts were the various waterfalls.

Benjamin did not like the mist very much.

Benjamin and Grandma Jan cuddled while mommy attempted to take pictures.
We got to see the BIG giraffes.
And really big reptiles.
And then we said “bye bye” to the zoo until next year when Benjamin can respond to my “What’s a gorilla say?” comments.
